We’re hiring CDL-A Team Truck Drivers for premium over-the-road (OTR) routes across the U.S. Whether you’re running dedicated lanes with Lily Transportation or exclusive FedEx Custom Critical White Glove freight, you’ll be operating well-maintained equipment, enjoying competitive pay, and getting home on a reliable schedule.

🔹 Position Overview

• Route Types: OTR Team Driving

• Freight: Dry Van, Refrigerated, and High-Security Specialty Freight

• Lanes Include:

  • Southern California / Phoenix, AZ ➝ South Carolina

  • CA ➝ MO (Lily Dedicated)

  • Memphis, TN ➝ FedEx Hub-to-Hub

  • Nationwide FedEx Custom Critical (White Glove)

• Schedules:

  • Weekly Home Time: Monday–Saturday or Friday night–Monday evening

  • Optional: 2–3 Weeks Out for White Glove / High-Security Freight

💰 Compensation

• Weekly Averages: Up to $2,100 per driver

• Annual Earnings: Up to $109,000 per driver

• Pay Structure:

  • $0.66 CPM (Lily Dedicated)

  • Up to $0.90 CPM Split (FedEx/White Glove)

  • 40% of Gross Revenue (White Glove)

  • Load/Unload Pay: $24

  • Detention & Breakdown Pay

  • Cell Phone Allowance

• Bonuses:

  • Quarterly & Annual Safety Bonuses

  • Sign-On Bonus (after 6 months)

  • Holiday Pay + Referral Program

• Pay Frequency: Weekly via Direct Deposit

✅ Requirements

• CDL-A Required

• Minimum Experience:

  • 1 Year Verifiable Experience (6 Months Accepted on Some Lanes)

• Endorsements:

  • Doubles – Required for FedEx Routes

  • Hazmat – Required for FedEx Custom Critical (We’ll Help You Get It!)

• Clean MVR, Background Check, DOT Physical

• Must be Team or Willing to Pair

• Strong communication and safety record

🚚 Duties

• Operate dry van, reefer, or specialty equipment

• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections

• Communicate with dispatch and follow all DOT compliance and safety standards

• Handle high-value and time-sensitive freight with professionalism
